Phynet, a national dermatology practice management company, wanted to launch a direct-to-consumer brand in the laser hair removal space—and shake things up a bit. They were dreaming up a company that would be built on the expertise of dermatologists, providing top-notch service, and emphasizing inclusivity of different skin textures and tones. Our response? First things first—we dug into insights about the customer base and found that commitment, convenience, and price investment are always top of mind for this audience. So we folded those qualities into the core of the brand concepts, while also evoking the emotional benefits of a spa-like experience and expert clinical team. From there, developing a brand strategy, visual identity, and brand assets toolkit was a smooth process.
