Designer - Freelance

VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a freelance designer who can jump into active projects, move fast, and deliver clean, effective work across channels. You’ll take strategic direction and turn it into polished layouts, campaign assets, and production-ready files without a lot of runway.
Role Overview:
You’ll bring clarity and consistency to the work by owning the details and making sure every deliverable feels intentional. Strong layout skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of social formats are key. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters and creative leads and keep projects moving.
Who You Are:
• You understand that this is a freelance position, and that works for you
• You have a bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications or a related field
• You have at least 5+ years of experience in design roles (agency experience strongly preferred)
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and campaign work
• You have excellent communication skills and collaborative working style
• You are highly proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• You have a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• You have the ability to translate strategy into design systems, concepts, and final assets
• You are detail-obsessed, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You are able to present concepts and articulate design decisions to internal teams and clients
• You are curious, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, small-agency environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate direction into clean, effective visual solutions
• Collaborate with writers and creative leads and refine work quickly
• Build layouts for one-pagers, social, digital, and other campaign assets
• Maintain consistency across all brand and campaign deliverables
• Prepare production-ready files for internal teams and partners

As nimble, ideas-driven agency, we blend strategy, creativity, and media to craft meaningful, results-oriented campaigns that enable clients to exceed their goals.
You’ll uncover insights, develop campaign strategies, and craft briefs that guide both creative and media execution. Your work will bridge the gap between data, creative, and delivery—ensuring our ideas are not just inspired, but also effectively launched into the world.

• You have at least 5+ years of experience in strategy, account planning, or comms/media planning (agency experience preferred). Ideally more!
